Decision: You will be notified of our decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Additional Information
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Exchange Policy: Instead of a refund, customers may choose to exchange the defective product for another of equal value.
